Secretaries / administrators vacancies

We invite applicants for Secretaries / administrators vacancies and for Business services administrators vacancies in our Nicosia office:

A) Secretaries / administrators vacancies

Qualifications:

–        Hold a diploma in secretarial / administration services or other related field

–        Experience in a professional environment, accounting or fiduciary services environment will be considered an advantage

–        Fluency in the Greek and English languages (oral and written)

–        Other knowledge on servicing international entities will be considered an advantage

Personal Characteristics:

–        Ability to deal with international entities and their staff

–        Ability to perform successfully under pressure, ability to take initiative and resolve problems quickly and efficiently

–        Professionalism and team orientation

–        Excellent interpersonal and management skills

Job duties:

For international entities and their staff the successful candidates will provide:

–        BusinessCenter front office secretarial and provision of front office desking services

–        Call answering, mail handling and general correspondence handling

–        Photocopying, faxing, forwarding and filing of documents

–         Meeting schedule, video conferencing and coffee and tea arrangements

Other services for international entities

–        Record keeping and filing

–        Coordination and organization

–        Banking administration and communication with banks

–        Other related administration and secretarial services

 

B) Business services administrators

Qualifications:

–        Hold a degree in accounting or other related field

–        Experience in a professional environment or related field (accounting or fiduciary services) will be considered an advantage

–        IT skills with experience in accounting systems. Knowledge of sage accounting software will be considered an advantage

–        Fluency in the Greek and English languages (oral and written)

Personal Characteristics:

–        Ability to perform successfully under pressure, ability to take initiative and resolve problems quickly and efficiently

–        Professionalism and team orientation

–        Excellent interpersonal and management skills

Job duties:

–        Record keeping and accounting for international clients

–        Coordination and organization of firm’s international clients

–        Involvement in formulating firm’s AML procedures

–        Banking administration and communication with banks for serving firm’s international clients’ banking needs
